The Kenyans is a cluster of people groups who originated from the country of Kenya in Africa. Kenya has a diverse population that includes most major ethnoracial and linguistic groups found in Africa. There are over 45 different people groups, with Bantus and Nilotes constituting the majority.

Kenyans speak their mother tongues within their own communities. The two official languages, British English and Kiswahili, are used in varying degrees of fluency for communication with other populations. English is widely spoken in commerce, schooling and governmentKenyans converse in English.

Many Kenyans are Christians, adhering to Protestant denominations and Roman Catholicism. Some come from a Reformed or Presbyterian background.
